5. Warranty

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as follows:

• Workmanship warranty: 2 years from completion date
• Material warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
• Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period
• Warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather, acts of nature, or improper maintenance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access to work areas
• Weather-related delays are beyond our control and may affect project timelines

7. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel services with 48 hours written notice
• Cancellation fees may apply for work already commenced or materials ordered
• Emergency services may have different cancellation terms
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

8. Safety and Access

For the safety of our workers and your property:

• Clients must provide safe access to work areas
• Children and pets should be kept away from work areas
• Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions on the property
• We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are present

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
